About me
I'm a political scientist specializing in International Relations.
The core focus of my research is on international organizations, accountability and legitimacy in global governance. I have developed a specific expertise in the fields of peace and security and human rights, and have recently expanded into the field of global economic governance and global health governance. I seek intellectual challenges and cooperation beyond the boundaries of my discipline, currently in diverse research projects, such as international organizations' resilience, accountability in the digital age and arts-based peacebuilding. I am currently Senior Assistant Professor for International Relations (tenured) at the Institute of Political Science at Leiden University, The Netherlands. |
